Why a builder is sending you a link inventory
Your posting asked for a list with pricing and link types. This page is that list, made interactive so you can sort it the way you actually buy. The PDF in the proposal carries the same 55 rows for off-screen review.
I'm not going to pretend to be a 10-year link builder with a private rolodex. I am an automation developer who has spent the last week studying your operating reality: hiring three freelancers in parallel for a single brief, watching a few of them ghost mid-contract, and trying to QA dozens of links across people who hand you opaque spreadsheets.
The wedge I bring isn't lower per-link cost. Finance is a YMYL niche where Adsy's 2026 report puts the average at $816. The wedge is process auditability. This dashboard is the audit layer. I'd run the live monthly batch out of it, and you can hand the same tool to your other two link builders and demand they fill in the same fields with the same provenance.

How the inventory was built
This is a working sample, not a sales-flat list. Every metric on every row points at a source and a verification date. The same discipline would govern the live monthly deliverable on contract.
Domain Rating and traffic figures come from third-party 2026 marketplace lists (T-Ranks, LinkScope, BadassBacklinks, TheKollab) cross-referenced for agreement. Where two sources disagree, we mark the conservative figure and surface both.
A price is marked verified only when a public marketplace listing quotes it (e.g. CoinCodex at $1,000-1,300 via TheKollab 2026). Everything else is tier-derivedfrom the T-Ranks 2026 finance pricing band (DR 60-70 finance → $400-1,000) and labelled honestly.
The 0-10 fit score is editor-assigned: pure crypto plays score 10; mixed business / finance scores 6-8; tangential business sites with finance sections score 4-5. We don't pretend it's calculated.
Where a publication is invitation-only or contributor-program (Forbes, Investopedia, Yahoo Finance, MarketWatch) we omit it from the sample rather than imply we have a back-channel. Honest absence beats invented presence.
Before a link is bought, we run: live Ahrefs DR refresh, organic-traffic sanity-check vs claimed figure, anchor-profile diversity vs prior month, and relevance pass on the destination URL.
Monthly batches ship as CSV + this dashboard, refreshed. The client can hand the same dashboard to a second or third link builder and audit their list against the same rubric. The tool outlives any single contractor.
For sites cited as ‘tier-derived’, the live monthly deliverable runs Ahrefs DR Checker against every shortlist before invoicing. The figure on this page is a planning band, not the price you'd pay.
